The brief

A global brand asked Proteams to deliver a UGC-style social campaign featuring genuine customer stories filmed in their homes. The goal was to show the visible benefits of the product through content that felt natural, not staged.

Every asset still had to comply with brand and platform requirements and work across organic and paid social.

Building the right team

The team had to be assembled before the final locations were confirmed. Several addresses arrived close to the shoot dates, and two changed during the production window.

This wasn't simply a matter of finding five available videographers near seven locations. Each needed experience capturing unpredictable, unscripted subjects, where the right moment could not be directed or repeated on cue.

Proteams matched that specialist experience with location coverage and availability. With shoots running from Scotland to the south of England, several videographers were routed to cover more than one location.

Five videographers were vetted against the brief and onboarded before anyone travelled, with a video editor and creative project manager completing the team. Proteams handled contracting and worker classification before any specialist arrived at a customer's home. The client engaged one supplier rather than contracting each specialist separately.

That preparation allowed late location changes to be absorbed without disrupting the production schedule.

Bringing seven shoots together

Proteams managed the delivery from end to end, coordinating seven shoots against one brief, running the specialists through a single workflow and bringing everything together in post-production. The client had one point of contact and one managed campaign.

Each shoot also produced ten full-resolution still images, seventy in total, giving the brand a bank of social-ready imagery beyond the films. They were delivered straight from camera, without retouching, to preserve the unstaged quality the campaign depended on.

One video editor cut all seven shoots, creating a consistent style across the campaign. Feedback was consolidated into three structured rounds, keeping every film moving through post-production together.

The final cut: seven consumer testimonial videos, nine seconds each, delivered in two aspect ratios for use across organic and paid social.

Sixty-three seconds

A week of nationwide filming. Seven households. Five videographers. Sixty-three seconds of finished video.

Short-form is not less work. With only nine seconds to tell each story, and subjects that could not simply be directed or asked to repeat a moment, every shoot still had to produce a usable narrative.

All seven videos, seventy stills, editable project files and final exports were delivered within the campaign deadline.

Seven locations, one managed delivery

Seven separate shoots operated as one production: one brief, one standard and one managed delivery. That is the Proteams model: a distributed team of specialists working as one project from brief to final delivery.

The brand had worked with Proteams the previous year. When it returned for a second phase, it chose the same model again. That is the clearest test of a delivery model: not whether it works once, but whether the client chooses it again.
